NC to FL, what is a good box to stop at along I-95?

I am driving from DC to Sarasota, FL. I imagine we'll be in the dark
from DC to NC and through FL. Does anyone know a great box worth
stopping at close to I-95, and not too long a hike, between NC and
GA?

There is also the return trip through FL in the daylight.
